MAIN MISSIONS OF THE POSITION
.
Supervise the team of credit analysts: Ensure the development of the team’s skills, set and monitor objectives, and supervise the review of credit files.
• Contribute to the healthy and sustainable development of the bank’s business, in line with internal standards and the Group’s standards.
• Guarantee the quality of commitments : Supervise the processing of credit files within the Business Division, ensuring an independent view of the process.
• Compliance with credit management standards and processes: Ensure that all processes relating to credit management are rigorously followed within the Business Division.
ACTIVITIES OF THE POST
• Check the compliance of credit files with the Bank’s standards.
• Ensure the monitoring of commitments in compliance with the bank’s credit policy.
• Prepare and organize the credit committees of the Business Division.

Carry out checks to ensure:
1. Compliance with management rules and delegation schemes.
2. The relevance of supporting documents for each credit file.
3. Recording of banking conditions related to loan approval decisions.
4. Updating customer records.
• Monitor credit files and keep monthly reporting of the entity’s activity up to date. Ensure compliance with the requirements of the BICEC Credit Risk Policy.
TRAINING AND PROFILE SOUGHT
Required degree: Master’s degree or equivalent in Economics (Money, Banking, Finance), Management, Taxation or Business Administration. An MBA or ITB Banking Diploma is a plus.
• Professional experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the banking sector, with at least 4 years in commitment management (customer service officer, credit analyst, etc.). Solid experience in the Large Enterprise and/or SME market is highly desirable.
KEY SKILLS
⚫ Financial and economic analysis of companies.
Knowledge of sectors of activity and market segments of the economy.
• Mastery of banking and financial regulations.
Expertise in credit, banking and operational risk management.
• Strong IT skills (office automation and banking software).
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Managerial and leadership skills.
• Spirit of initiative and power of proposal.
Availability, rigor and respect for deadlines.
• Excellent written and oral communication (French and English).
• Ability to analyze and synthesize complex information.
• Strong sense of credit risk and professional ethics.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Good interpersonal skills and team spirit.
